Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

We strive to make our fulfillment and delivery seamless. Feel free to contact us at customerservice@thewyomingtshirtcompany.com with any questions about your order(s).

Estimated shipping delivery times for United States:

Typically your order will be sent out within 3 days of ordering. Delivery times are usually 3-5 business days.

Estimated shipping delivery times for International shipping:

Typically your order will be sent out within 3 days of ordering. Delivery times outside the United States are usually:
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.


If you experience an issue where your order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, first check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. 

If the shipping address was correct, please get in touch with us right away at customerservice@thewyomingtshirtcompany.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY:
Our current policy is that all sales are final and we do not offer returns/refunds or exchanges with the following exceptions determined on a case-by-case basis:

1. If you experience an issue where your order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, first check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, please get in touch with us right away at customerservice@thewyomingtshirtcompany.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

2. Damaged Items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us at customerservice@thewyomingtshirtcompany.com within a week's time!

3. Wrong Item(s):
Though rare, we may pack and ship an incorrect item. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. You can get in touch with us at customerservice@thewyomingtshirtcompany.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
